About Neel R

After earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate from the University of Georgia, Neel Smith launched his real estate career with Coldwell Banker Upchurch Realty. Throughout his academic journey, Neel gained hands-on experience in Augusta, working closely with local agents on market analysis, preparing Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs), creating marketing materials, and managing properties. An active member of the National Association of Realtors® and the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), Neel is deeply committed to professional development and industry's best practices. Outside of his career, Neel and his fiancée, Elise, are active members of Bethlehem Church and frequently volunteer with UGA’s campus ministry, where they lead a group of college students. In his free time, Neel enjoys music production and collaborates with local artists and bands in Athens. Neel combines his education from the University of Georgia’s top-ranked Terry College of Business Real Estate program with a passion for helping clients achieve their real estate goals.
