About JW

J.W. started his career in real estate as an investor and later obtained his real estate license to help others in their journey of buying and selling real estate. J.W. attended Georgia College where he received a bachelor’s degree in business management and later Oklahoma State University where he received a master’s degree. As a lifelong resident, and local volunteer firefighter, J.W. has a deep understanding of the community and local area. After spending 19 years serving the community as a volunteer and career firefighter, JW wants to expand his role in the community by helping others reach their real estate goals. JW fully believes that owning the right home is essential for a person's financial and emotional wellbeing. J.W. is married with three boys and enjoys spending time outdoors and working out in his spare time. J.W. is ready to dive into the real estate world with Coldwell Banker and use his expertise to help his clients find everything they are looking for while demonstrating the Thaxton Team’s shared goal of providing superior service.
