A proud graduate of the University of Georgia, Josie earned her BBA in Real Estate from the prestigious Terry College of Business—laying a strong foundation for her career in the dynamic world of real estate. Though new to the industry, Josie is anything but unprepared. With a heart for service and a head for business, she approaches each client interaction with integrity, enthusiasm, and a genuine desire to help others navigate one of the most important decisions of their lives. Her clients appreciate her honesty, strong work ethic, and authentic commitment to making the buying or selling process as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Born and raised in Elberton, GA, Josie has a deep appreciation for community and small-town values. She’s an active member of Rock Branch Baptist Church and enjoys giving back to the local area whenever she can. When she’s not out showing homes or negotiating on behalf of her clients, you’ll find her outdoors hunting, fishing, golfing, or traveling with her husband. She’s also a proud Georgia Bulldog fan who never misses a chance to cheer on the Dawgs!
