About Josh

Josh Burkhalter is a residential agent that joined the Coldwell Banker Upchurch Realty team. “Josh brings positive experience and a hard-working attitude to our team,” said Charlie Upchurch, president and broker. “We are excited to have him begin his real estate career with Coldwell Banker Upchurch Realty and to see his success.” Burkhalter has experience in land management in three different counties. Working with Coldwell Banker Upchurch realty, he combines his knowledge of the area and land with a wide network of contacts and marketing platforms to help clients navigate through the real estate process. Before beginning his career in real estate, Burkhalter worked in automotive and diesel technologies and engine rebuilding. He has worked in the NASCAR craftsman truck series.
