About Joanne

Joanne has been licensed since 2014 and earned her Bachelors of Business Administration in real estate from Georgia State University. Her expertise of real estate comes from her many years of residential sales and past experience working as an asset manager of bank owned properties and residential mortgage loan officer. When Joanne is not doing all things real estate, she can be found at her kids many sporting events and is an active volunteer at their school. She is an avid Georgia Bulldogs fan and loves to travel in her spare time. Joanne is passionate about helping others and makes every real estate client her top priority. Her success can be attributed to her hands-on approach from contract to closing and helping her clients achieve their short and long term goals. Joanne is a member of multiple associations such as the National Association of REALTORS®, Georgia Association of REALTORS®, and Athens Area Association of REALTORS®. She is also a recipient of the Circle of Excellence award.
