Erika Murphy is a REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Upchurch Realty, proudly serving buyers and sellers throughout Northeast Georgia. With a strong background in public service, Erika brings discipline, compassion, attention to detail, and strong advocacy to every real estate transaction. Before entering real estate, Erika dedicated a decade to public service as a law enforcement officer and SVU Investigator with the Clarke County Sheriff’s Office and the Western Judicial Circuit District Attorney’s Office. That experience shaped the way she serves her clients today: with integrity, steady communication, careful problem-solving, and a deep commitment to protecting the people who trust her. Erika began her real estate career in 2021 and joined Coldwell Banker Upchurch Realty in 2024. Since then, she has continued to grow her business through client relationships, referrals, and a reputation for being responsive, prepared, and hands-on from the first conversation to the closing table. Service is deeply personal to Erika. As the wife of a United States Marine Corps Veteran and Oconee County Sheriff’s Deputy, and a proud mom of sons involved with the Oconee County Fire Rescue Cadet Program, she has a special heart for serving veterans, military families, and first responders. Erika is also certified in VA loans and considers it an honor to guide those who serve their country and communities through the real estate process with care, confidence, and trusted support. Fluent in Spanish, Erika is also proud to serve Spanish-speaking buyers and sellers, helping make the real estate process feel clear, informed, and personal from start to finish. Erika has been recognized for her dedication, production, and client service with several professional honors throughout her real estate career. She earned the VPR Success Summit Gold Award in both 2022 and 2023. In 2025, she earned the Coldwell Banker International Sterling Society designation, an achievement awarded to top-performing Coldwell Banker agents internationally. She was also named Personal Best Agent of the Month in April 2025 and Selling Agent of the Month in 2025 by Coldwell Banker Upchurch Realty. In addition, Erika was recognized by Athens Area REALTORS® with the 2025 Circle of Achievement, honoring REALTORS® who demonstrate strong professional performance in the local market.
