About Eddy

Eddy started in real estate in 1996 after helping run and grow the family turkey business. As a lifelong resident with over 25 years in the business, Eddy has a deep understanding of the local market that helps him serve his clients. Eddy earned the GRI designation from the National Association of Realtors in 1998 and obtained his Associate Broker’s license in 2005. He also earned the Cattleman of the Year Award in 1997 and Phoenix Award in 2007. Eddy has been an active member of the Oconee County Volunteer Fire Department for 48 years where he has held numerous leadership positions. He and his wife, Beverly, are also active members of Briarwood Baptist Church where they have been attending since 1981. Eddy is known by his peers as being one of the hardest working real estate agents and continues to be one of the top producing agents in the area. His experience, performance, and reputation are why many of his client’s enjoy working with him.
