About Bonnie

After a 20 year career in finance and marketing Bonnie was able to pursue her passion for real estate. She joined Coldwell Banker Upchurch Realty with experience in customer service, sales and marketing, financial analysis and management which serves as an asset when assisting customers and clients in making their dreams come true. She believes buying or selling a home should be a pleasant and hassle-free experience. She works efficiently to ensure this philosophy holds true. Bonnie works with Lisa Langford as a team...Bonnie and Lisa Real Estate. Lisa holds the same values of service and efficiency. Working as a team they feel they offer a true advantage to buyers and sellers. They enjoy providing Service Southern Style and with a Smile! Bonnie feels it is important to give back to the community. She has served on the Board of Directors for Children First and the Athens Area Association of REALTORS Board of Directors. She is an active supporter of Bulldogs Battling Breast Cancer and St Jude Children's Research Hospital and contributes a portion of each commission earned to these charities. She has acted as team captain for the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life, the Komen Foundation for Breast Cancer Awareness Walk, Walk to End Alzheimer’s, and as a former member of the Redcoat Auxiliary unit and passionate ‘DAWG’ fan, she supports the UGA Auxiliaries. Bonnie and her husband enjoy the peacefulness of country living in Oglethorpe County while having close access to "city life".
