About Ann

Ann Davis moved to Athens from Augusta in 1993 to pursue her Bachelor of Science degree in Housing and Consumer Economics at UGA. Since graduating in 1997, Ann has resided in the Athens area and knows the community inside and out. She worked for over 20 years in HUD Housing Program compliance, gaining extensive knowledge of the local market. After “retiring” she followed her lifelong dream and obtained her real estate license. When not working, Ann enjoys spending time with her family and friends, learning to play golf, hiking, practicing yoga and Pilates, reading and traveling. She is also an avid gardener. Ann is especially proud of her role as a wife and mother of two amazing teenagers. Those close to Ann value her attention to detail, local knowledge and excellent work ethic. Her negotiation and communication skills, ability to listen to concerns and offer solutions, as well as quick responsiveness are what set Ann apart in the real estate world. She is passionate about customer service and believes a happy client is a forever client!
