Kim Zena has been visiting the Central Florida area since she was 5 years old; and finally made her dream of relocating a reality when she moved from Long Island, NY to Oviedo, Florida with her family in 2016. With a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and vast international experience working in the hospitality industry, Kim has worked with people from all walks of life. Kim has taken her skills from working at United Airlines and the Walt Disney Company, and applied them to her career in real estate at Coldwell Banker. Having spent most of her life dedicated to helping others, Kim is able to use her experience and abilities to ensure her clients are always well taken care of. Kim is known at her workplaces as a proactive and attentive employee, with a gift for listening, problem solving, and prioritizing needs. She dedicates herself to going above and beyond for her clients, and is honored to have the opportunity to use her experience, while guiding them through one of the most important decisions of their lives. In her spare time, Kim enjoys spending time with her 3 children, going line dancing, attending Church, reading, and enjoying all that Florida life has to offer, such as theme parks, beaches, and various types of dining.
