About Rod

I was born in Lakeland,FL and raised in Plant City,FL. I have my beautiful wife that I married in 2004. We've have created a beautiful family where we have 6 kids where we share 4 and 2 grandkids. I started my real estate career in 2008 and I've been fortunate to work alot of different aspects of real estate. I started with general real estate working with buyers and sellers. In 2013 I then started working REOs where I listed Fannie Mae properties for 4 years. Then I started working with investors helping them identify destressed properties to go in and fix and flip. During that time, I was able to connect with institutional buyers and started selling them properties that they would turn around and rent. Eventually that lead to me working with new construction and builders and selling new construction to the builders. I also started working with vacant land that builders and investors would buy to build these homes as well. I love all aspects of doing business and real estate as well as being able to provide service to home buyers and sellers to help them achieve their goals.
