In 1981 he joined the Don Saunders boutique real estate company on Park Avenue, Winter Park, and was the highest producing associate there each year from 1985 through 1997, when the company was acquired by Coldwell Banker. Since then, Mark has often ranked in the top 10% nationally in sales production, thereby marking 30 years of successful service to people seeking to buy and sell Winter Park real estate.
