Maite Martinez has 12 years of experience in real estate, excellent customer service and a commitment to work hard, listen and follow through. She is originally from Puerto Rico and moved to Orlando in 2011. Her educational background and experience are in Finance and Corporate Sales and Marketing. She provides quality service to build relationships with clients and more importantly, maintain those relationships by communicating effectively. Her business is based in Winter Park, Orlando and other cities surrounding Central Florida. About 70 percent of her business is based on referrals from satisfied clients. Most important to Maite is providing the most excellent service to buyers and sellers in order to earn their trust, referrals, and repeat business. She speaks English and Spanish and enjoys staying fit/active, yoga, the beach, reading, traveling and fine dining among other things.
