Personal Background

Laura Koehn has enjoyed close to decade of success selling real estate. While she was born and raised in Winter Park, she entered the business in Atlanta, GA with Harry Norman Realtors’ Buckhead Office. Initially, she joined of one the broker’s top-producing teams, where she helped work to close over $25 million during her first year on the team. Laura then branched out to sell on her own, earning “Rookie of the Year” company wide in both closed dollar amount and volume during her first year. She quickly became recognized as having strong negotiation skills, extensive market knowledge and exceptional customer service.
After five successful years of real estate in Atlanta, Laura chose to bring these attributes back home to the Winter Park real estate market. Laura now works with Coldwell Banker’s #1 overall producing Florida in 2010, selling real estate with her mother, AV Blalock. AV is a fourteen-year Winter Park real estate veteran, well known for selling luxury lakefront properties. Together they represent buyers and sellers in all price ranges specializing in lakefront properties, single family homes, new construction, condominiums and lots. They represent clients throughout Central Florida, focusing on Winter Park, Maitland, downtown Orlando and College Park. As a team, they offer a wealth of knowledge, experience and resources in addition to a dynamic perspective on home sales.
Laura is a graduate of Vanderbilt University, and earned an MBA at Rollins College Crummer School of Business. She is an active member of the Orlando Museum of Art’s Council of 101 and a member of All Saints Episcopal Church. She currently resides in Winter Park with her husband and son.
