About Me I’ve proudly called Central Florida home since 1985. My real estate journey began in 1997 with Coldwell Banker Brandon as a Realtor and Property Manager, building a portfolio of more than 70 single-family homes- while averaging 40-50 transactions a year. In 2014 I was selected as one of twelve Realtors in the state of Florida for Coldwell Banker to attend a yearlong management training program. In December 2016, I was offered the leadership position of Branch Manager of our Winter Haven office. Since then, we’ve grown significantly, achieving #1 status in many key local metrics in Polk County. In July 2022, we expanded with a satellite office in downtown Lake Wales. In September 2022, I took on the additional role of Branch Manager for our Lakeland office. In 2024 thanks to the success of our Lakeland agents and office, I was able to relocate our Lakeland office to a wonderful new office in downtown Lakeland. I’ve served as a board member for the East Polk County Association of Realtors and starting in 2025 I am the Chairman of the Planning and Zoning Board for the City of Lake Alfred.
