About Raven

My name is Raven Schmiedeknecht. I'm originally from Michigan and grew up most of my life in South Florida. In 2016, I relocated to Winter Haven to provide a nurturing environment for my son, Trenten. I worked as an executive assistant to an REO team for three years. I'm familiar with the REO home buying process, including how to get offers accepted by the bank. I work with wholesalers and first-time home buyers. I know of several programs that can help with down payment assistance. I enjoy helping people and working with them through the process.
