About Kathy

I have been a Realtor since 2004 in Missouri and currently hold designations as Graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and At Home with Diversity (AHWD) as well as holding a Broker's License. In 2013 I achieved the honor of Realtor of the Year. During the last 6 years spent in Missouri I served on the local MLS Board and the Board of Directors as a State Director. Having traveled to Winter Haven since 2004, I purchased a home in the area in 2014. Then in 2016 I made a permanent move to the area. In October of 2016 I gained my Florida Broker's license and began working with Coldwell Banker Realty. I also have served as a Director on the East Polk County Board of Realtors. Since establishing myself in Florida, I have focused extensively in the Senior communities. I enjoy working with Seniors as they prepare to retire in Central Florida. It is my passion to find the perfect home whether full time or seasonal. Then, as they prepare to relocate from Florida to their family homes, my knowledge of the local market can assist in getting the best possible price in the shortest amount of time. Having worked in sales most of my life I learned that satisfying the customer is paramount. One of my main focuses is finding the right home for each individual or family. For the homes I list and market, my goal is to find the perfect Buyer for each. Knowledge and commitment are the two most important qualities I offer my clients and customers. Working with Veterans is also very important to me having served in the Navy in the mid 1970's. Being a single person I devote much of my time to serving my Clients and Customers. I have 3 children and 6 grandchildren. I am very civic orientated and a lifetime member of the American Legion as well as the VFW Auxiliary. I enjoy working with people, assisting them in finding that perfect home to meet their special needs.
