About Lisa

I originally earned my real estate license in August 2018, and I’m beyond excited to now be working alongside my mom, Susan (Sue) Scheffrahn, in my hometown of South Florida. I graduated from Florida Southern College in May 2020 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business Administration, proudly following in my mom’s footsteps as an FSC alumna. With over 4 years of hands-on experience in multifamily property management in Downtown/South Tampa, I bring a strong foundation in client service, operations, and real estate fundamentals. Combined with my mom’s 40 years of industry expertise, I’m learning from the best and transitioning that knowledge into the residential real estate market. I’m passionate about helping people navigate one of life’s biggest decisions — whether buying, selling, or renting — with professionalism, care, and confidence.
