As a Residential Realtor, I specialize in all facets of residential real estate in the South Florida area including Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach Counties. I work with first time home buyers, second and vacation home buyers, relocation, military, short sales, foreclosures, investment homes, single family homes, townhouses, villas, condominiums, and rentals. As a native South Floridian, I use my knowledge of the market to help my home sellers obtain the highest price for their home in the shortest amount of time and help my home buyers find their ideal home at a great value! I am a Florida International University graduate. In 2006 I received a double major in Business Administration and International Business. Over the years I have continued with real estate education, earning multiple designations and certifications including the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation, the highest credential awarded to residential agents. Along with achieving Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Master Brokers Forum (MBF), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) and Internet Professional Certification (e-PRO) designations and certificates.
