About Wendy

Wendy is committed to listening to her customers' needs, and prides herself on her strong work ethic. She will utilize her knowledge of the area, industry professionals, schools, local youth sports clubs and activities, along with her history with local real estate, to ensure a successful transaction every time. Born in New Jersey, but raised in Venice since 1977, Wendy understands the countless benefits of living in the unique Venice area, where there's a beach 15 minutes from wherever you live. Wendy has a vast knowledge of schools from pre-school thru high school. She was a graphic artist for 24 years at local newspapers prior to her career as a real estate assistant and now a full-time Realtor with Coldwell Banker. A mother to an active 11 year old boy and wife of a firefighter/paramedic, Wendy is well connected in the youth soccer, baseball, BMX, football, school, and fire service communities. Wendy lives in Venice with her husband, son, and mini Australian Shepherd, Baxter. Wendy is actively involved in the Venice community and has served on many committees and Boards over the years such as Venice Elementary School's PTO & SAC committees, Student Leadership Academy's Parent Council, Venice Area Youth Soccer Association Board of Directors, and The Twig Cares to name a few. Her contacts and life-long residency leverage her enthusiasm and expertise, enhancing her dedication to her customers. Wendy is thorough, communicative, organized, and detail oriented.
