Melissa Rivadeneira was born in Ecuador and lived in Germany for 10 years. As a military wife, she moved to the United States and lived in Colorado , where she became a realtor back in 2019. With 10 years in sales and a Psychology degree from Pikes Peak Community College, Melissa brings great customer service, focused listening, empathy, and real-life experience in concierge services, and marketing that make her uniquely suited to serve real estate buyers and sellers. She is also fluent in Spanish , German , and English. Melissa Rivadeneira entered the Real Estate world to help people accomplish homeownership and build wealth in real estate. Residing now in the Venice area, Melissa is looking forward to help her clients with their real estate needs and provide top notch, high quality service to her community and clients. In her free time, Melissa loves spending time with her family at the beach, doing Crossfit , creating context for new families moving to Venice/ Sarasota area and listening to Latin music
