About Jim

Jim began his real estate career in Southwest Florida as a residential appraiser in 2005. After becoming a Certified Residential Appraiser and opening his own appraisal firm in 2007 he began working as a Sales Agent with Coldwell Banker Venice in 2009. Jim soon became a top producer with a diverse sales record generated through aggressive marketing, prospecting and the cultivation of personal relationships. As an agent he has mentored multiple agents helping them achieve their full potential and conducted several presentations to help our agents with marketing and property valuation. Jim attended George Mason University while serving in the United States Marine Corps Reserves with the 12th Counterintelligence Teams in Washington D.C. After college he worked as an Investigator for Richlin Consultants where he led the firm to focus on real estate investments for clients and as a result, was promoted to partner. After several years Jim sold his share of the company and moved to Key West where he became a Boat Captain/Operations Manager with London Yacht Charters. As a non-competing Managing Broker he appreciates the opportunity to help build on our incredible foundation currently in place by providing both visionary and tactical leadership to our agents through diverse market conditions.
