As I like to say, "I'm not from Venice, but I got here as quickly as I could!" Like many in this part of Florida, I'm a transplant - having grown up in New York and New Jersey, spent time in North Carolina, Texas, and most recently, Atlanta, GA. When it came time to move to the beach, my wife and I spent several years exploring the Florida Gulf Coast, from Pensacola to Naples. We fell in love with Venice and the surrounding area; the scenery, the weather, and - most importantly - the people.
