ERIC EISENFELD | REALTOR® | SALES ASSOCIATE | COLDWELL BANKER REALTY I started my own business in Pennsylvania in 1985 as an electrical contractor and continued to manage a successful business until 2013 when I decided to sell it to a large firm to focus solely on my real estate business. I became a licensed Pennsylvania Real Estate agent in 1989. I worked part time as an agent while also keeping my electrical business. I have always had a strong passion for real estate. I was doing well and accepted a management training position with the company helping other agents until 2021. Not ready to retire I became licensed in Florida in 2021 right before moving to the Venice area. My fishing and golfing hobbies are easy to enjoy in Florida. I have kept my license in Pennsylvania as a referral agent to better serve all my past and future clients. My goal in real estate is to make sure I treat each customer whether it be buyers or sellers with respect and listen to their expectations. As their agent I intend to go beyond expectation for every customer. I genuinely love the Florida Real Estate, and I believe it will reflect on how I go about my business.
