I grew up in snowy Rochester, NY where I attended high school and SUNY Brockport. For many years, I enjoyed a rewarding career as a Purchasing Agent for several Fortune 500 companies. This experience taught me how to be a great negotiator. After deciding to begin the next phase of my life, I took the leap to make sunny Florida my permanent home. Having vacationed here for 30+ years, I knew that the Sarasota area was just what I needed. However, finding the right home among thousands of listings and living 1500 miles away felt impossible. Living here is quite different from vacationing. Finding the right neighborhood was the first step. Since I am here for the weather and enjoy being outside, I looked for a community that would have great amenities and close proximity to the beach. Another factor, was locating a smaller neighborhood, where I could get to know everyone and make new friends. This can be long and tedious process but I did find the right community, the perfect house, made new friends and now call it home and, I can do the same for you!
