Hey there! I'm David, and I'm excited to meet you. I can't wait to help you in the real estate world. I've got a background that's a mix of hands-on learning and curious exploration. When I was young, I always wanted to help my older siblings whenever I could, whether it was assisting them with their cars or helping renovate their homes during my breaks. This was partly because I loved being a helping hand and found it fascinating to learn new things through a hands-on approach. All the credit for instilling that drive in me at a young age goes to my family. When I'm not busy, I love spending time with my family, creating memories, and simply enjoying life. When I'm at home, it's also a wonderful opportunity to practice speaking Romanian with my family members, as they spent most of their lives in Romania before moving to America. Though I was born in Atlanta, I spent most of my youth up in Washington State. Ever since I took a vacation to Florida and saw Venice, I knew this is a place I can call home. The enchanting views of the sunrises and sunsets, along with the friendly and cheerful community, made me realize this was where I wanted to be. Even after the vacation was over, I felt a strong pull towards this place.
