About Terry

As an award-winning real estate professional, author, speaker, and community leader, Terry Perches has been impacting the lives of others for many years. Her resilience, compassion, and faith make her one of the top female business professionals in the marketplace today. Terry's personal story of trials and triumph continues to inspire all who hear it. Terry is a Residential Real Estate Professional specializing in marketing, consulting, and education. She interviews and qualifies buyer and seller prospects. Additionally, she is a certified Seller Representative Specialist and Military Relocation Professional. Terry loves and believes in serving and giving back to her community. She has had the privilege, honor, and opportunity to be involved in several organizations. These include her church and women's ministry, Fort Hunter Firehouse Women's Auxiliary (serving as an Emergency Feeding Officer), Circle of Champs (helping children with life-threatening illnesses), and Juvenile and Women's Facilities (as a mentor, chaplain, and Bible study lead). She has held officer roles with Guilderland High School Booster Club and currently with the Pasco Federated Republican Women's Club as Treasurer. Additionally, Terry has served on the boards of Stonecroft Christian Women's Club and as VP with The Umbrella of the Capital District. She was also named Ambassador of the Year by Central Pasco Chamber of Commerce 2016-2017. Involvement in all these ministries and organizations have been very rewarding and has given Terry an extensive education in serving, teaching, and meeting the needs of those in her sphere of influence. Her experiences have also taught her many valuable lessons on building trust, confidence, and loyalty to those she has had the privilege to serve.
