She is authentic and conscientious, and those qualities show in her passion for helping both Buyers and Sellers meet their real estate dreams. Her Real estate expertise includes Property Management, Leasing Properties, building Spec homes, Pre-Construction, Renovations and Investment Real estate over a 10-year period. Prior to her Real Estate career, Suzanne was a Middle School Educator, an Insurance Specialist, and H.R. Supervisor, giving her valuable experience in other areas - being well rounded allows her to work extremely well with everyone. Suzanne graduated from USF in Tampa with a BA in Communication. She has raised 3 children, and can appreciate the growth and changes having lived in the Tampa Bay area for over 25 years.
