About Roxanne

I was born and raised in Manila, Philippines, and moved to Sioux Falls, South Dakota in 2010 as a teenager. The change in pace was big, but over time, it became home. In 2017 I moved to Minneapolis but eventually made my final move south to Florida because I love the heat—just like the warm climate I grew up with in the Philippines. Now, I live in the Tampa area with my two dachshunds and family. Outside of work, I enjoy cycling, vegetable planting, mobster movies, and playing pickleball—of course. I feel purpose in helping people in my community find a place to call home. It’s incredibly fulfilling to guide others through one of life’s most important decisions. My journey from humble beginnings in Manila, to the Midwest, to Florida has shaped who I am, and I’m grateful for the connections I’ve made and the opportunity to do what I love every day.
