About Nichole

I love the mild winters and the easygoing lifestyle Florida represents. I am not exactly a Florida native, but feel very lucky to call Florida home. I was born in Kansas City, Missouri and moved to Florida as a child in 1985. In 1998 I moved to the Tampa Bay area and I have lived in Apollo Beach, South Tampa, Citrus Park, Northdale, and finally settled in Wesley Chapel in 2007. I am married with three wonderful children and love all the new growth Wesley Chapel has seen in the last few years. I received my Florida real estate license in 2016 and worked as an assistant to a top producing Realtor since August of 2016. In 2019 I activated my real estate license and began servicing my own clients. I am excited to help clients on their quest to find the home of their dreams or sell their current home. I am a great listener, highly organized, and will work diligently on my client's behalf. I am personable, a can-do problem solver and because of my attention to detail, I can outline a plan to overcome obstacles and reach an agreement with people easily. My love of the area and commitment to customer service enables me to exceed my client's expectations and meet all of their real estate needs.
