Louis De Chapa a native of Florida, an Innovator and influencer in the world of Real Estate. Marketing, Leadership, Philanthropy and many more things to come. Raised in loving and working class family in Tampa, Florida. Louis went on to serve his country in the U.S. Coast Guard. After traveling around this Great Country and the Caribbean, he soon learned that he had to make his opportunities. In the early 2000's, Louis discovered the world of Real Estate and shortly became an investor and fell in love with the business.
