About Kyle

Kyle Gilliland, a third generation Florida REALTOR®, has been a resident of Tampa for over twenty years. A native of Sarasota, Kyle grew up around local real estate and brings an innate knowledge of the Tampa Bay area to his customers. Guiding homebuyers and sellers through one of life's most significant transactions comes second nature to Kyle, whose diligent work ethic is balanced by his affable personality. Being active in the community is very important to Kyle, who has worked with organizations like Historic Spanish Point, the New College Library Association, MOSI, the South Tampa Chamber of Commerce and the Gasparilla Film & Music Festivals. Kyle presently serves on the events committee for historic Tampa Theatre's largest annual fundraiser. A graduate of the University of South Florida and life member of the USF Alumni Association, Kyle resides in Hyde Park where he can be found boating, cooking, gardening and spending time with friends, family and his rescue dog - Carmela.
