I’m Jasmin Gonzalez, a full-time, bilingual Realtor with Coldwell Banker Realty and Founder of Jasmin’s Home Solutions, proudly serving the Tampa Bay area since 2018. Born in the Bronx and raised in Tampa, I’ve watched this city transform from quiet neighborhoods into vibrant communities full of opportunity. I have spent my life learning every corner of this region. Tampa isn’t just where I work, it’s home. I know these streets, the lifestyle, and the market trends inside and out, and I love helping people find their perfect place to call home. Before becoming a Realtor, I spent several years in property management, overseeing more than 320 units for both large corporations and local owners. That experience taught me how to solve problems, communicate clearly, and keep people at the center of every decision. It also sparked my love for real estate and the joy that comes with helping people take the next step toward homeownership. Since earning my license, I’ve made it my mission to continuously grow my skills and knowledge. I hold multiple professional designations, including SRS (Seller Representative Specialist), RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert), ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative), PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor), and SFR (Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource). I also proudly serve on the Professional Standards and Grievance Committee, where I help uphold ethics and integrity within the real estate industry because doing what’s right matters to me. I’m also passionate about the arts, theater, museums, and discovering hidden gems around our beautiful state. I believe in giving back to the community that has given so much to me.
