He earned his J.D. from Loyola University New Orleans and received an LL.M. in Real Property Development and Land Finance from the University of Miami in Coral Gables. His experience spans real estate investment and development. James is a savvy negotiator with a disciplined, detail-driven approach. He is particularly knowledgeable about the dynamic Tampa Heights, Riverside Heights, and Seminole Heights neighborhoods, and is enthusiastic about introducing buyers and investors to this exciting area. James resides in Riverside Heights with his wife, Johanna, and their two dogs. He can also offer insight on rural and equestrian properties.
