With over a decade of experience in real estate, Andre brings with him a deep knowledge of the industry and a commitment to helping agents live exceptional lives. Most recently at Coldwell Banker Realty, Andre was Field Marketing Manager for the East Central Region of Florida. In that role, he was involved in the launch of Listing Concierge and assisted the East Central region in maintaining the highest Listing Concierge capture rate in the state of Florida. Andre was also instrumental in helping the region achieve Net10. Previously in his real estate career, Andre was assistant manager at the Coldwell Banker Realty Winter Park office. He was also a broker associate and a top producing agent specializing in new developments. Andre received the 2016 Mentor of the Year in Florida for an international company. Andre has a natural talent for coaching and mentoring, assessing office and individual needs in technology and training and highlighting strengths in top teams and agents.
