About Kyle

Kyle Footman has a passion for real estate and helping his clients achieve all of their real estate goals. Licensed since 2017, he works with home buyers, investors, and sellers to buy and sell Tallahassee’s most desired properties. Kyle is known for his extensive market knowledge and his unmatched devotion to his clients. Kyle’s success is based almost exclusively on positive referrals. He earns his clients’ respect by working tirelessly on their behalf and always offering them candid advice. Kyle is ranked #1 of the top 15 Tallahassee Real Estate agents on social media. Kyle earned an Associate in Arts degree at Tallahassee Community College and received his Bachelor’s degree at Florida A&M University, majoring in Public Relations. At FAMU, he served as the Director of Education for the Real Estate and Leadership organization. Kyle enjoys attending car shows, traveling, cooking, and spending time with his family and friends when he isn’t working.
