    About Alvin

    THE ARNER TEAM SERVING FLORIDA'S TREASURE COAST! Alvin is originally from Michigan, where I spent his first 23 years. I am a graduate of the University of Michigan (class of 1994) with a B.A. in political science and English literature. GO BLUE! I then went south to get away from the cold weather. I spent the next 10 years in New Orleans. After getting my J.D. from Tulane University (1997), I worked as a lawyer and then as an insurance agent for AFLAC. I moved to Florida's beautiful Treasure Coast at the end of July 2004, just in time to experience Hurricanes Frances and Jeanne. What a great way to start my real estate career! I joined Coldwell Banker as a realtor, partnering with my mother, Ann. The Arner Team generated almost $7 million in sales in 2020.
