I was born and grew up in Scotland, attended the University of Aberdeen then found my way to Florida in 1994. After a "Serial Entrepreneur" career in technology, systems integration and audio visual system design and integration services for luxury residences and super yachts. As the principal of two world class companies we successfully completed numerous projects in this domain, catering to the unique requirements of private nightclubs, expansive estates, and even opulent super yachts, On this journey I found myself buying, remodeling and building various properties in Scotland, London and New York and Florida, as well as investing in some development projects. With these business acquisitions I dealt with commercial real estate negotiations and acquisition. After selling my business my focus was on supporting both my daughters development and education. My eldest is studying Neuroscience/Robotics and Computers as a Freshman at Princeton and my youngest Film and Communications as a Junior at Dryfoos School Of the Arts. It seemed like a logical transition to make the move to Real Estate Education and a strong work ethic has always been important to me. My Strong Customer Service and Communication skills were honed in my business dealings serving the "Ultra Rich" Luxury Market l and by business experience benefits clients with my strong financial understanding of contracts and negotiation. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors and I use my Real Estate knowledge and stay on the forefront of a continually changing industry.
