About Ted

Experience I have been a licensed, full time real estate agent since 1970, and was Broker/President of my own real estate company from 1971 through 1989. I am a member of the Coldwell Banker International Diamond Society. I am also a member of the Pinellas Realtor Organization, Florida Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. I take great pride in my high percentage of repeat customers and referrals from former clients, because in my opinion, a referral is the highest compliment a Realtor can receive! When you are buying or selling property you deserve the services of a dedicated professional. With over fifty years experience (Experience Does Make A Difference!) and extensive knowledge of the real estate market, I feel very qualified to provide my clients and their families (we're into 3rd generations now) with the best possible representation in today's complex real estate transactions. People trust me with their single largest asset, and it's a responsibility I take very seriously. I specialize in residential real estate; however, I am also experienced in commercial real estate as well. Community Affiliations I was born in Portugal (fluent in Portuguese), spent my teenage and early adult years in Massachusetts, and after completing my tour of duty in the United States Army, moved to Florida in 1969. I can't imagine living anywhere other than sunny St Petersburg! Everything you need is right here, except the snow! Throughout the years I have been a member & Past President of the Portuguese American Suncoast Association, the St Petersburg Lions Club, and a member of the Knights of Columbus. I have been involved in many community projects, auctions, and fund raisers, serving as an auctioneer, and cooking meals to raise money for worthy causes. I always enjoy making new friends, and keeping in touch with old ones!
