I enjoy working with clients whether they are buying or selling real estate. Every client has different needs and my goal is to make sure that those needs are met to the best of my ability. I have been a Realtor over 20 years and sold everything from small condos, new home subdivisions and large estates. I truly believe that real estate is one of the most important financial assets in a person's life, so my goal is to strive to get the best deal possible for them. I am experienced in working with clients who want to use the tax advantages of a 1031 Exchange. I also know that working with Coldwell Banker Realty is one of the best decisions that I have made due to their cutting edge marketing and world wide reach. I use their marketing program, Listing Concierge, for all of my listings because the quality of the marketing causes every property to stand above the rest. It creates an advantage for my Sellers that earns them a higher selling price and a shorter time on the market. I earned my designation as an Accredited Staging Agent, so I can advise clients on many of the things that help to stage a home to put it on the market. I also enjoy working with Buyers to find the best possible property for them. I will make sure that you know about new listings as soon as they come on the market. Then I will help you place a competitive offer on the property you desire, negotiate for the best price and then get it to the closing table with as little stress as possible for you. I am not happy until my Buyer clients are happy when they find the property that meets their needs and desires.
