Fay Ellen's number one priority is to make her clients happy - whether they are buying or selling a home. She is a fourth-generation St. Petersburg resident and is excited to finally be back home. Her love of real estate can be traced back to her memories as a child spending time at Queen & Queen, her grandparents St. Petersburg real estate and insurance company founded in the 1930's. She has extensive knowledge of the local market and listens intently to the needs of her clients. Her discipline, dedication and hard work has made her a favorite amongst clients as she strives to exceed their expectations every day. Fay Ellen is duly licensed to serve the residents in both Florida and Georgia and couples her experience as a property manager to better serve her buyers and sellers. Within the industry, she has worked as a special projects transaction broker for luxury townhomes and also as a freelance professional organizer, specializing in pre and post-move services. When not helping her real estate clients, Fay Ellen can be seen with her grandchildren, playing the harp for events, and offering musical therapy for hospice patients.
