About Jeannie

A third generation Realtor® from Jacksonville, Florida, I have had my real estate license for over 35 years. After a successful career in the non-profit sector, I began selling real estate full-time in 2004. I represented Buyers, Sellers and Landlords in the Orlando area for 18 years before moving to St. Petersburg in 2022 with my husband, Jim, upon his retirement. Our son, Jack, lives and works in Orlando. I am an Accredited Buyer’s Representative, Real Estate Property Management Specialist and Gold Key certified for Excellence in Professionalism. I am passionate about educating and guiding my clients throughout the selling and buying process to a successful closing. When I'm not showing houses, I enjoy gardening, going to the beach, and FSU football with my family and friends.
