About Estelia Mesimer Estelia is the epitome of hard work, high energy, and integrity. A native of Colombia (South America), she earned her degree in Architectural Design from The Center for Engineering and Architecture in Cali before making St. Petersburg her home. Since 1999, Estelia has been a passionate and committed real estate professional, and since 2000, she has been recognized as a Mega Million Producer and one of the Top Producers in Pinellas County. In 2024, Estelia was honored with the Coldwell Banker Diamond Award, recognizing her as one of the top-performing agents in the company.
