About Brad

I am proud to be part of the great team in Tampa Westshore, one of the top-performing offices in West Central Florida. During my career, I have mentored many real estate agents, taking pride in their successful careers. As a non-competing broker, I provide agents with the marketing tools, education and professional skill development that will enable them to become top performers. As senior managing director of a Brooklyn, NY real estate office and managing director of new development/sales, I successfully marketed over 200 new condominium developments during my 17-year career. A native of Western New York, I spent four years serving in the U.S. Air Force. After leaving the military, I moved to Washington, D.C., where I was a supervisor of security at the International Monetary Fund. I also worked for a leading modeling agency, culminating as the head of the firm’s St. Louis, MO office. These experiences provided me with a sense of discipline, a strong work ethic and an ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds, skills that have proved useful in my real estate career. After transitioning from client to agent, a combination of hard work, long hours and a commitment to exceeding clients’ expectations enabled me to quickly become a lead broker in the sellout of luxury condominium developments throughout Brooklyn. I’m thrilled to bring my tremendous real estate experience to the amazing Tampa community. When not supporting agents, I enjoy an active lifestyle, with my wife and our twin son and daughter, exploring everything that the beautiful state of Florida has to offer. I am also committed to giving back through charitable organizations that support cancer research as well as the Tunnel to Towers Foundation and Wounded Warrior Project®.
