About Zach

Zach was brought up with the core values of hard work, trustworthiness, and active listening. After receiving a degree in Business with a minor in Finance from St. Augustine's own Flagler College, he kept his skills local and joined The Newcomer Group in 2017. He grew up in the world of real estate as his father has been a successful Broker Associate in Ocean City, Maryland, for the past 30+ years. Zach has followed in those footsteps to bring the perfect balance of integrity and professionalism to the St. Johns County market. Zach takes pride as a local real estate expert focused on getting deals done efficiently and effectively while building lasting relationships for a smooth experience. He has a strict 24hr response policy and knows that accessibility, flexibility, and dedication are what it takes for his clients to succeed in this competitive Florida market. Aside from working in real estate, Zach appreciates live music, stand-up comedy, surfing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and, most of all, caring for his wife, Maddie, and their dog Bruce Almighty.
