Moving our family here twenty years ago was one of the best decisions my husband and I ever made, and we've loved every moment since. Before relocating to St. Augustine in 2005, we built a portfolio of rental properties. Over the years, we've also built, bought, and sold multiple homes. That hands-on experience has given me a deep understanding of real estate investment, construction, and the buying and selling process.
