When my wife and I first started visiting family in the area in the early 90's, we decided that Indian River County was where we wanted to live. Through the years we've kept current on the local real estate market, not only to purchase a home but to also gain knowledge for my future in real estate. Being raised in Vermont on a large family dairy farm, instilled a work ethic that most jobs are not 9 to 5. My parents gave me the passion for studying and understanding the field of work I choose to pursue. Using that knowledge with technology has benefited my family and my clients.After studying architecture and buildings in college, I worked in the construction field for several years with a design/build company. My job was to help clients with the design process through the building of their homes. For me, I had the pleasure of overseeing the restoration of many historic buildings. Though I was offered a position as a state building inspector, my wife and I decided to move to northern Vermont to buy an insurance agency. Our commitment to work, community and our clients, more than tripled our business.After experiencing one too many cold winters, we decided to sell our insurance agency and move here full time. My many years of putting my client's needs first, community involvement, growing knowledge of Indian River County and my business experience will be beneficial to anyone looking to sell their property or buy their dream home.
