The world of real estate has been a perfect fit for him with his wealth of experience. Steve spent 27 years in the Army, both in the Army Reserve and active duty. In the civilian world, he's been a mechanical engineer and program manager. He earned a Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate from the Project Management Institute and he applies these principles on a daily basis to his real estate business. Additionally, since 2006 he has run his own consulting firm primarily in the Department of Defense space. As he grew through all these various experiences he found that he was a good "connector" in the area of linking people and businesses with each other; and feels he brings that same talent to real estate with joining sellers, buyers, title companies, inspectors, insurance agents, lenders, etc... to get the deal done. Steve connects sellers and buyers with the resources needed to close the deal quickly and efficiently. As a program manager and a military leader, he knows how to make things happen. His training as an engineer and contracting officer ensures that he pays attention to the things that matter.
