About Shelby

My name is Shelby Bacchus and I'm a Sales Associate for the Coldwell Banker Paradise office in Satellite Beach, FL. My office is located beachside, but I conduct real estate transactions in ALL areas of Brevard County (and beyond!). I'm a true Florida girl, having grown up in Palm Beach and Broward Counties, and graduated from the University of Central Florida in Orlando. I did spend some years after college in Manhattan and Raleigh, NC, however when my mother retired from NASA several years ago, it was time to come back and settle down on the naturally beautiful Space Coast. I love it here and subscribe fully to the LIVE, WORK, PLAY handbook! When I'm not working with valuable customers like you, I'm on the water surfing and paddle boarding. I am also an active member of the Cocoa Beach Chamber of Commerce as well as the Space Coast chapter of the Surfrider Foundation, a national organization committed to the health of our oceans. I am hyper-aware of environmental issues and am passionate about clean water initiatives. A concern for the environment actually led me to change my diet, and I'm proud to say that I am vegan! As you can see, I'm passionate about a lot of things including Real Estate, however, nothing is more rewarding than helping you prepare your home to sell, assist you with your next move, and then ultimately sell your home for MORE than you hoped! I will be available to you 7 days a week until 7pm and I look forward to building a lasting and rewarding relationship.
