Kevin Duclos has been a resident of Brevard County for over 25 years, giving him local knowledge and expertise. He attended local public schools and graduated from Eastern Florida State College. Kevin has personally owned 3 houses on the Space Coast and looks forward to adding you to his community. As a manager in the home service industry for the past 20 years, Kevin has Intimate knowledge of different neighborhoods In Brevard County and has worked closely with many different developers. Through his management experience, Kevin has sharpened his skills and thrives on doing what is best for his clients. When Kevin Is not working for his clients, he enjoys time with his wife and two sons, He Is a proud member of his community and volunteers coaching youth football for several teams each year.
